PRECONSTRUCTION SERVICES

Preconstruction services are provided to the Owner to enhance the overall construction process by providing upfront information and expertise regarding the project.

This involves defining scopes of work; pre-qualifying vendors and subcontractors; assessing alternative materials, systems, or methods; and managing the intent of the design team and desires of the Owner.

We address these issues through:

• Concerns of the Owner - Addressing specific needs unique to the project.

• Communication  - Ensuring the flow of project information is uninterrupted and understood among all stakeholders.

• Constructability of the Project  - Establishing a construction schedule and cost program to meet or exceed the expectations of the Owner.

• Cost Reviews and Value Analysis  - We seek to improve the value of the project by delivering more at less cost. This can be accomplished through material, method, or system selections unique to the project.
