Governor's Crossing Outlet Mall
Being one of the largest commercial/retail structures in Sevierville, TN, Governor's Crossing Outlet Mall features such stores as Books-A-Million and Shoe Carnival. This building consists of 143,026 square feet of shopping mall and retail space. It is constructed of steel frame with bar joist and metal roof deck, concrete slab on grade, metal stud partitions with stone and exterior insulated finish system. We provided all cost budgets for Governor's Crossing, and even with over one hundred changes, we still finished under budget. Rouse Construction's drive for perfection was proven when the project was finished on time in the face of extreme weather conditions.
