History
John W. Rouse founded the original construction company in 1937. Henry Rouse assumed management in 1952 and formed Rouse Construction International in 1970. The present day Rouse Construction Company was chartered in Tennessee in 1977 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Rouse Construction International.

The current Chief Executive Officer of Rouse Construction Company, Antonio Perfetto, was the prior president from its beginnings in 1977 until 1993. Previously he held executive positions with the John W. Rouse Construction Corporation dating back to 1954.

The other current officers are as follows: David Donohue, President, Ronald Perfetto, Chief Operating Officer, and John Cathers, Secretary / Treasurer.

The officers purchased controlling interest from Rouse Construction International in 1992 and continue current ownership and management of the business.

As of the year 2007, we are proud to have announced our 30th anniversary in Knoxville. The management team at Rouse Construction Company is also proud to offer 55 years of individual design and construction experience as well as a corporate work history of 70 years.
