Our History

Rouse Construction Company, Inc. was chartered in Tennessee January, 1977 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Rouse Construction International.

Rouse Construction International’s roots date back to 1937 and the Rouse Construction Company principals have a related work history dating back to 1954. The current principals purchased controlling interests of the company in 1992 and continue today in that posture.

We are proud to have served the Knoxville and surrounding communities for more than 30 years. The management team at Rouse Construction Company is also proud to offer 58 years of individual design and construction experience, as well as a corporate work history of 73 years.
