This facility is a pre-engineered metal building structure containing 26,902 square feet of floor space. The building, initially owned by Sevier County and constructed as a speculative office/warehouse facility, became the home of Classic Cookie, a cookie dough manufacturer with distribution networks across the country. Construction consisted of concrete foundations and floor slabs, pre-engineered steel framing, standing seam metal roof, metal wall panels, split face concrete masonry units, aluminum and glass store fronts/entrances, and completely finished site. Interior space contains offices, food production areas, cooler/freezer, dot-com area and warehousing.
