ONYX Pointe Office Building
Onyx Pointe is an upscale office structure located at Walker Springs Lane in West Knoxville. The 4-story building consists of 47,500 square feet and is constructed with structural steel frame, concrete floors on metal deck, EPDM roofing, and an exterior skin of face brick and stucco over a metal stud system back-up. Electrical and mechanical systems were provided accordingly for the shell only construction. The owner provided site grading and interior finishes. Construction was completed on time in 9-1/2 months.
