The Rush Fitness Center - East
The East Knoxville complex is located in the Knoxville Center Mall and consists of a two-story facility totaling 40,200 square feet of floor space. New construction included: gymnasium, aerobics room, 34 foot climbing wall projecting through the upper floor, locker and shower rooms with jacuzzi, steam and sauna rooms, and a passenger elevator.
A unique feature common to both complexes are the "Tornado Tubes." To invigorate members during their workouts they can walk through a special corridor and be engulfed in multiple currents of air being blown in from all directions.
