CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

Construction services are provided based on the Owner’s desires and the specific requirements of the project. Several different project delivery methods are available to the Owner and can be selected as needed to benefit the overall construction process.

• Traditional Design-Bid-Build Services are provided utilizing completed bid documents. The Owner has the benefit of knowing the ‘lump sum’ cost for construction from the hard bid or negotiated process.

• Construction Management at Risk with Guaranteed Maximum Price Services are provided utilizing less than 100% documents. The Owner has the added benefits of a guaranteed maximum cost, along with the potential to share in cost savings.

• Design Build:  All design and construction services are combined to one firm. This method allows for the Owner to deal with one firm through the entire design and construction process, allowing projects to be ‘fast tracked’.

• Specialty Services:  Rouse Construction has on staff LEED Accredited Professionals and Green Associates who are knowledgeable in sustainable construction practices.  In addition, Rouse Construction is a State Licensed Masonry Contractor.
