Neyland-Thompson Sports Center
This four-story 78,461 square foot concrete framed project consisted of expanding the current indoor practice facility from a 60-yard half sized field to a 120-yard full sized playing field for the football team. The scope of work also included adding the Exhibition Hall of Champions, new athletic department administrative offices, conference room, new offices for the men's and women's athletic directors, and renovating Coach Fulmer's office. Special features include custom brick masonry, indoor and outdoor artificial sports turf fields, custom casework and woodwork, marble flooring and wall panels, translucent wall panels, skylights, indoor and outdoor observation decks making this one of the premier football practice facilities in the nation.
