Rouse Construction Company provided a complete design-build auto dealership, which met cost parameters, time constraints, and the operational needs of the owner. This approach allowed the completion of an upscale facility whose original design was substantially over budget. The precast concrete building contains an impressive sales and office area plus extensive service bays and detail shop. A very unique design feature is the nearly 52,000 square feet of display space for approximately 138 automobiles above the lower level sales and service areas. Intricate color schemes, circular counters and desks, and wave shaped walls add contemporary touches. Extensive site work, stone retaining walls, and parking for an additional 316 automobiles complete the building exterior.
