  • Construction Documentation: Utilization of Procore Construction Management software to provide full service Project Management services in a web based platform that allows our clients, the design team, and subcontractor team direct access to real time project information.

  • Self-Performed Work Packages: Ability to self-perform critical path work categories to provide our clients competitive advantages within the projects overall project cost or schedule duration. Rouse retains the ability to self-perform the following work categories:

    • Building Excavation and Foundation Systems

    • Cast in Place Concrete: Formwork, Reinforcement, Placement

    • Masonry: CMU, Brick, Architectural Precast, Natural & Manufactured Stone

    • Carpentry: Rough / Finish, Division 8, and Division 10 Installations.

  • Quality Control Programming: Focus on the prevention of non-conforming work items in order to deliver a project that 100% represents the contract drawings and specifications. Our Quality Control program is multi step process that is implemented throughout pre-construction, submittal review, during construction, and in our project close-out process.

  • Safety Programming: Development, implementation, and enforcement of project specific safety program for every project we undertake. Rouse employee’s the services of Fortier Loss Control as our overall Safety Director for our manual development, employee training, continued education, operator certification, and job site safety audits. Rouse has a strict zero tolerance policy for any site personnel who disregards the policies and procedures established in the completion of our projects.
